FINANCIAL RESOURCES

At Studio EvrÄ“, we believe financial barriers shouldn’t stand in the way of healing, restoration, or self-confidence. We’ve gathered several options and resources that may help make your treatment more affordable and accessible.

Insurance Coverage

For some medically necessary procedures, such as areola restoration after mastectomy, insurance reimbursement may be possible.

  • We are in the process of partnering with a third-party billing company that submits claims directly to select insurance providers.

    • Please note: Coverage is not guaranteed. Each insurance plan is different, and factors such as medical necessity, plan coverage, and deductibles apply.

    • If a claim is denied, clients remain responsible for full payment.

  • You may request a super bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement on your own.

Use Your HSA or FSA

We accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for eligible procedures. Many clients use these pre-tax funds for services such as:

  • Areola restoration

  • Surgical scar revision or camouflage

Check with your HSA/FSA provider ahead of time to confirm eligibility.

Support Through Non-Profit Grant

If you are a breast cancer survivor, you may qualify for financial assistance through grant programs that cover restorative tattooing. We’re happy to provide documentation, estimates, or supporting letters for your application.

Wisconsin Crime Victim Compensation Program

If you’ve experienced a crime, the Wisconsin Department of Justice’s Crime Victim Compensation Program may be able to help. This state-funded program provides financial assistance to victims and their families for certain out-of-pocket expenses that aren’t covered by insurance or other resources.

How it can help with tattooing services:
If your restorative tattooing is connected to injuries or trauma resulting from a crime, you may be able to file a claim for reimbursement through this program.

How we support you:
We provide clients with information and guidance on the program, including where to apply and what documentation you’ll need. While we do not file the claim for you, we’re happy to supply invoices, treatment notes, or estimates to include with your application.
